Sometimes he’s a gadfly, sometimes he’s a teddy bear…sometimes he’s a teddy bear with a burr in his butt. I won’t reiterate what I already discussed in January about the most excitable boy in alt media, but sometimes I have to reread a transcript or replay a video before I realize what’s the big fuss in a debate like this. It’s more like the conversation is having them when Drudge and Colmes get caught up in the wave of semantics and are so busy maintaining their balance on their surfboards that it’s a bit difficult to assess what’s really going on. Check out Drudge’s appearance on Hannity & Colmes last week (thanks to The Political Teen, whose download is somehow easier to, well, download than Fox’s) and read the transcript here.
Since both Drudge and Hannity were at an event in Phoenix only a few days before, I wonder if this influenced the decision to have Matt on when he graces the boob tube so seldom (other than his annual C-SPAN appearance in April, his last rare appearance was also on Hannity in February to rave over the propriety of Chris Rock hosting the Oscars.)

That was a weird appearance on Hannity & Colmes based on reading the transcript. I’ll have to watch the video later when I leave the office.

The pics I was reffering to were on Sean Hannity’s site, but there may be some on the radio stations site too. I didn’t think to look there.
