My Last Post: Rego is Gone, But Matt Drudge Lives On
Several interesting – and pressing – things are going down right now, which I won’t go into, but this will be my last contributing post on this blog.
I want to thank all readers who’ve contributed insight, feedback, even story links related to Matt Drudge and media-related topics. Most of all, I want to thank Lance for inviting me to post here on his site. For my part, it started as a lark and then snowballed into a creative exercise while I was shaping my novel. Sometimes I tried to offer a serious analysis based on my research. Sometimes I indulged in good old-fashioned camp. But it’s always been stimulating, and the conversation continues.
When things die down, my plans are to regroup with blogs I’ve been neglecting. For any questions regarding Drudge, or to follow my postings on media-related topics, check out http://regopark.wordpress.com. If you’re following DrudgeBlog via RSS feed, consider hooking up with the RegoPark blog under RSS as well.
To follow progress on my book and for literature-related topics, there’s also http://smidbeach.wordpress.com.
And if you’re into YouTube, view my book trailers at www.youtube.com/smidbeach under “Names Have Been Changed”.
Again, I may be too slammed to post much for the coming month, but I will be reachable.
Meanwhile, check out Lance’s postings here and at www.drudgeforum.com. Lance is working hard on an even bigger, better forum than ever that has something for everyone.
Thanks for a great almost-three years. It’s been surreal.

I’m a big Drudge fan too. Now there’s nothing good on Sunday night radio. Have you been able to find out the “real” reason Matt Drudge left radio? And so suddenly? I’m very curious!!!
Thanks!
Philip

I think that’s already been addressed on this space. Check the postings through September and October. They knew a long time he was leaving, he just didn’t announce it to fans.
